OUR CHAUFFEURS undergo training on: safety, etiquette, confidentiality, company policies and the Prime Time Code of Conduct. They are equipped with discreet radios, and cellular phones for direct access.

Our chauffeurs also undergo map reading training, and must pass a driving safety course administered by the National Safety Council.

Each chauffeur’s vehicle is inspected at least once per week to ensure proper compliance with our rules and polices.

Customer service questionnaires are also sent to customers for feedback on chauffeurs and their vehicles.

Many of our drivers have also undergone CPR training and emergency situation training.

Our code of conduct is strictly enforced. Your chauffeur will never be “my cousin,” “my brother,” or “my friend.” You will be met by a professional chauffeur, with experience in the industry, every time.

Just like you, our drivers come from all over the world. In addition to speaking fluent English, our drivers speak other languages including but not limited to: Spanish, German, French, Albanian, Italian, Polish, Russian, Arabic, Romanian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Turkish.

OUR FLEET

We offers a full service fleet including including Sedans, Luxury SUVs, Ford Vans, Lincoln Town Cars, Stretch Limousines, 14, 23 and 32 passenger Mini-Buses and 54 passenger Buses. Vehicle maintenance is overseen in house. Our vehicles are washed daily, oil is changed every 3,000 miles and our vehicles are replaced every three years. All vehicles are equipped with Sprint Direct Connect Communication, cellular phones, the latest business/global newspapers, water and/or other beverages, first aid, safety kits, and umbrellas. Also executive desks, Wi-Fi, and USB charging sations are available upon request.

a. Does your company provide 24-hour employee operated reservation/dispatch assistance?

Yes, we never forward our calls or use an answering service. All calls are handled in house by our service team. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

b. What electronic connectivity do you provide to book reservations:

Reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling our 800 number, online, via email, via fax or even via mobile application. Additionally, our system provides advanced booking tools for travel departments using Sabre, Apollo, Concur, Cliqbook, Worldspan, etc.

d. How is your company’s reservation system secured?

Our system is PCI compliant.

e. In the event of a customer service issue or billing dispute, describe the resolution process:

Customers that experience an issue can contact our customer service department immediately and/or they can email us. All customer service issues are reviewed by a Prime Time Global EXECUTIVE and handled within 24 hours. We research the incident thoroughly through voice quality control, GPS tracking, speaking with the employee, calling the customer, etc. Prime Time Global values its clients and takes the position of being flexible on all issues. We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction rate.

f. How can customers provide feedback?

Our questionnaire can be accessed at the bottom of this page. Also, executive team members are on duty Monday through Friday and accessible via email 24 hours a day.

h. Does your company track flight delays, changes and cancellations?

We monitor all in-bound flights, so you don’t have to worry about telling us that your flight is coming in early, delayed, or cancelled.

i. How far in advance of a scheduled pick-up time do chauffeurs arrive where permitted?

15 minutes early; 30 minutes spot time at FBOs.

j. Describe Meet and Greet procedures at the airport:

Meet and Greet services are complimentary. Instructions are communicated at the time are services are accepted. Passengers are met at baggage claim (domestic flights) or outside of customs (international flights). Drivers await passengers with a sign bearing the passenger’s last name clearly printed.

n. Does your company confirm rides prior to pick-up?

Yes, confirmation emails are sent at the time of booking to confirm date, time, addresses and extra services. Also, a reminder email can be sent the day before the trip, upon request.

Prime Time Limousine is the ultimate airport limousine service for corporate executives and corporate travelers. We make the airport travel more comfortable and productive by adding innovative features such as Internet WiFi and desks inside our corporate town cars. We have the capacity to serve any type of airport transportation service needed as well as car service transportation to and from train stations, hotels, and piers.

We use Flightview software to check flights for all airport pick-ups. Flightview is directly connected to our dispatch software and is constantly updated. Our reservationists check the flights upon entering the reservation and our dispatchers are constantly checking flights to make sure that we are aware of any changes. Dispatchers also monitor flights near landing time utilizing Flightview and individual airline websites.

We offer complimentary meet and greet service.Passengers are met at baggage claim (domestic flights) or outside of customs (international flights). Drivers await passengers with a sign bearing the passenger’s last name clearly printed. You also have the option of requesting a “curbside†pick-up. Passengers simply call our office when he/she lands; and the vehicle will be curbside after the passenger retrieves his/her luggage.
